 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can honestly say this has been one of the best accommodations I’ve chosen in Preston so far. The place is spacious, well-maintained, and in a prime location which makes everything so convenient. I only stayed here for a few days, and unfortunately had to move out due to some unexpected reasons, but I truly loved the house during my stay.
A special mention to Stacey, the property manager ,she is such a joyful person and always there whenever you need help with anything. Her support really made the stay even more comfortable. David, the landlord, is also one of the sweetest people I’ve seen,he responds to messages so quickly and is always kind and understanding.
Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay, and if I ever get the chance, I would definitely go back!

Moved in with my partner when he was a student and decided to renew another 2 years after, very affordable and very accommodating, if you have any issues you can email and they get sorted very quickly too! It was a great little flat and having onsite amenities (laundry room) was a real bonus. The few maintenance issues we had were always seen to and fixed that day by José the property manager.
