This is via the information completed on your tenancy agreement or via an online enquiry or other information provided by you in relation to your tenancy application.
The personal information that we collect
Information is normally collected in relation to tenancy applications and would include:
- Your name.
- Your contact details including email address, postal address and telephone numbers, including parent and/or guardian details.
- Details of your course of study and student number.
Where we store your personal information
By submitting your personal data, you agree to the storing or processing of that information. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide to us is stored on our, or our partners’ secure servers or in secure paper files.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We do not share personal information with third parties unless we are compelled to do so by law or are specifically entitled to do so under the terms of the tenancy agreement.

We undertake regular reviews of who has access to information that we hold to ensure that your information is only accessible by appropriately trained staff and contractors.
How long we keep personal information
We will only keep personal information for as long as we have a valid reason for keeping it. After that, we delete it or dispose of the information securely.
