I can honestly say this has been one of the best accommodations I’ve chosen in Preston so far. The place is spacious, well-maintained, and in a prime location which makes everything so convenient. I only stayed here for a few days, and unfortunately had to move out due to some unexpected reasons, but I truly loved the house during my stay.
A special mention to Stacey, the property manager ,she is such a joyful person and always there whenever you need help with anything. Her support really made the stay even more comfortable. David, the landlord, is also one of the sweetest people I’ve seen,he responds to messages so quickly and is always kind and understanding.
Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay, and if I ever get the chance, I would definitely go back!

Moved in with my partner when he was a student and decided to renew another 2 years after, very affordable and very accommodating, if you have any issues you can email and they get sorted very quickly too! Property manager Stacey is amazing! Very friendly and helpful and amazing at ensuring things get sorted as well as keeping the buildings clean!

Lovely accommodation! Me and my partner stayed here for two beautiful years. A strategic location for anyone who needs transport links and also near to shops and town. Very pleasant room with everything you could need to live comfortably as a student, amazing location for the university and the city Center. Lived here during the '21 to '22 academic year with my partner. It was a great little flat and having onsite amenities (laundry room) was a real bonus. The few maintenance issues we had were always seen to and fixed that day by José the property manager. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time there.
